Service

Shift Calendar Planner helps you create shift templates, plan a work schedule, set reminders, review hours, estimate income from your own pay settings, and export or share schedule information.

Account features

You can use the core planning flow without signing in. If you enable cloud backup, you are responsible for keeping your Apple or Google sign-in method secure. You may sign out or request deletion of account-linked backup data.

No professional advice

The app is a planning and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide payroll, tax, legal, labor-law, medical, or professional employment advice. You are responsible for checking your schedule, pay rules, overtime rules, and workplace requirements with the appropriate source.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shift records, reminders, exports, and notes you create. You should verify important schedule information before relying on it for work attendance or communication.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse support channels.

Pro lifetime purchase

The current Pro offer is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no automatic renewal. It unlocks ad removal, detailed income calculations, other pay periods and comparisons, and CSV income reports. The price and currency shown by the App Store purchase sheet apply. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase to restore access. Refunds are handled by Apple; a refunded or revoked purchase may remove Pro access. Existing valid entitlements remain recognized. Income figures are estimates based on your entered rates, breaks, and allowances; they do not calculate tax, deductions, or statutory overtime pay automatically.

Intellectual property

The app design, text, code, icons, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for the schedule content you create.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonable. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device issues, operating system changes, network problems, app store availability, or third-party services.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The privacy links in the app and store listing should match the current release.
